2015 Domaine Gueguen Chablis – Staff Comments: Crisp and refreshing! A beautiful Chardonnay from France. It's not oaky, it's not buttery, it's just well balanced and elegant! Hibiscus, honeysuckle and peach blossoms abound. Medium bodied and very drinkable on a hot, summer day. Perfect with bacon wrapped figs, grilled salmon and poached pears. The finish was very soft with hints of lemon and guava.

2014 Aresti Pinot Noir Reserva - Staff Comments: From the Casablanca Valley Chile. Wood Violets, a touch of oak and brambles. Medium bodied and just elegant! Touches of hazelnuts, black plums, charcoal, and dusted cocoa. Have this with all day ribs, Teriyaki glazed salmon and a habanera Jack cheese. Very vibrant!

2016 Aresti Sauvignon Blanc Reserva – Staff Comments: From Chile and stunning! Lime zest and mango on the nose. Dry and balanced with nice acidity; Lemon grass, white peaches, melons and a beautiful mineral like finish. Gorgeous! Serve this with ceviche, chopped chicken salad, and mini cheese quiches.

NV Sparkplug Red Blend California – Staff comments. This unique blend of Cabernet, Merlot, Malbec, Petite Verdot and Zinfandel is aged in bourbon barrels for 45 days. Lush and decadent! Black cherries, blueberries, cassis with just hints of caramel and pecan pie on the finish. This is very well balanced with layers and structure! Have this with mahi mahi, or sausage stuffed mushrooms. Decadent!

2014 Going Forward Russian River Chardonnay – Staff Comments: A very elegant Chardonnay from the Russian River Valley! White peaches and apricots on the nose. Medium bodied and lush; not too much oak or cream, just nicely balanced with baked apple, melon, figs and jasmine. This paired beautifully with shrimp salad cups and Swiss cheese bites.

2015 Bodegas San Isidro Rumor Monastrell Syrah - Staff Comments: 100% Monastrell from Spain. Freshly picked rhubarb and blueberries on the nose. These grapes come from old vines and are delicious! Semi-fruit forward with new world charm; hints of mocha, caramel, black tea and cocoa. Medium bodied and perfect with salmon patties or a Spring chicken & kale salad.

2016 Perseverance Cabernet Sauvignon - Staff Comments: Fruit forward and friendly from California! Blackberries and cedar on the nose. This is medium bodied with touches of baked rhubarb, raspberry jam, tobacco, and all spice. Serve this with chicken cacciatore, twice baked potatoes or Colorado jalapeno goat cheese. The finish is soft and refreshing.
