2019 Catena River Malbec - Sheila's Remarks: Of all the lovely wines we sampled on our visit to Catena this summer, this was the standout. That's a similarity James Suckling and I share! Rated 98 Points James Suckling - So bright and aromatic with flowers and blackberries, as well as some black olives. Full-bodied with lots of tannins, yet they are so fine and integrated and spread across the palate. This is all whole-cluster fermentation and 18 months in large oak casks. Needs about four or five years to come together. Was $191.99, now $161.99.

2020 BenMarco Espressivo – Rated 96 points James Suckling A nuanced but deep nose, showing crushed stones, fresh and glossy blackberries, and blueberries, then flowers, asphalt, cocoa powder and chalk. Broad, exuberant, and concentrated, but not at all heavy. This is juicy and so polished and dense, with silky, chalky tannins to coat the blueberry fruit. Fleshy, tight, and seamless. Long and so seductive now. 85% malbec and 15% cabernet franc. Vegan. Drink or hold. Was $40.99, now $33.99.

Jean Noel Haton Brut - Rated 92 points Burghound - Fragrant and fruity bouquet revealing aromas of fresh fruit (redcurrants and stone fruit). With aeration, notes of citrus fruit and orange zest, punctuated by a touch of dried fruit and flowers. Fresh and supple entry, unveiling a superb structure. A well-balanced and pleasant finish. Was $39.99, now $28.99.

2021 Antale Pinot Grigio - Staff Comments: 100% Pinot Grigio from Italy. This is a perfect Springtime/Summer sipper! A floral nose of lemon sherbet, guava and pineapple. It’s dry and so incredibly refreshing. Medium bodied and nicely balanced with hints of white peaches, nectarines and pears. Serve this with pasta primavera, grilled Ahi, or Marcona Almonds. Was $16.99, now $9.99.

2019 1895 La Storia Montepulciano d’Abruzzo - 2019 Vintage Rated 92 James Suckling - Clean and deep aromas of blackcurrants and blackberries follow through to a full to medium body with very fine-grained tannins that add a mineral touch to the finish. Not complex, but very approachable and delicious. Drink now. Was $22.99, now $14.99.

2018 Campo di Fiori Chianti Classico - "Bright and deep ruby red color. The nose is intense with typical ripe wild berries such as blackberry and raspberry followed by spicy hints in which the note of licorice is dominant, accompanied by notes of tobacco. It is a full-bodied, austere wine, with succulent tannins and a fresh acidity. A long and expressive finish characterized by blood orange notes," Winemaker's Notes. Was $28.99, now $14.99.

2018 Domaine Clavel Cotes du Rhone – Rated 90 points Robert Parker A blend of 70% Grenache, 20% Syrah and 10% Carignan, the 2018 Cotes du Rhone Villages Chusclan offers scents of garrigue-laced cherries and strawberries. Full-bodied, round and expansive, it shows no hard edges, supple tannins, a creamy texture and finishes with only the merest suggestion of warmth. It should drink well for 4-5 years. Was $15.99, now $10.99.

2019 Chateau La Rose de Pin Bordeaux – Rated 90 points Wine Enthusiast Light stalkiness from the black-currant flavors of this young wine promise well for the future. With ripeness and a good balance of acidity and texture, this attractive wine is likely to be ready from 2022. Was $17.99, now $10.99.

Natale Verga Prosecco - Staff Comments: This is one of our favorite Proseccos! Teeny-tiny bubbles with lots of flavor. Very dry and very refreshing; hints of pears, vanilla beans, white raspberries, and a yeasty limestone finish. Just beautiful! Serve this with a spicy tomato salsa, Pecorino cheese and your favorite chicken salad or nice with a Mediterranean chicken pizza. Worth every penny! Was $16.99, now 10.99.

2020 Rombauer Zinfandel - The wine bursts with bright fruit aromas of cherry and red plum, with notes of vanilla, holiday spices, and lavender all jumping out on the nose. Plum flavors continue to the palate, joined by layers of raspberry jam, mocha, clove, and white pepper. The mid-palate is soft and creamy, framed by fine tannins and ending with a long, lush finish that will leave you wanting another sip. $37.99
