2021 I Domi Chianti Riserva – Rated 91 points Decanter - This certified organic estate based close to Florence has produced this vibrant Rufina of spiced black cherry and white pepper, with stony freshness and an invigorating streak of raspberry coulis. Chalky, gum-coating tannins balance the acidity. A good food pairing would be a mushroom risotto, or herb roasted chicken. Was $21.99, now $14.99.

Barcino Cava - Staff Comments: This is your “go to” favorite sparkler! Crisp, refreshing and so smooth on the palate. Lime zest, pie crust, Manuka honey with a hint of brioche. The teeny tiny bubbles make you want more! Serve this with a spicy shrimp dip, charcuterie or an aged Parmesan cheese. You’ll love the Granny apple finish. – Also received 90 points Wine Advocate. 2020 The Caster Red -Staff Comments: A sinful bottle of wine from California! It's a beautiful big blend of Cabernet, Zinfandel, Petite Verdot and Syrah. Mats says "Heaven in a Bottle!" Violets and chocolate covered cherries hit your nose first. It's full bodied and decadent! Macerated black raspberries, walnuts, boysenberry pie and English toffee. Serve this with a one-inch-thick pork chop, an aged Roquefort cheese or a chocolate lava cake for an unforgettable culinary journey. Was $24.99, now $16.99.
